The weekly themes for this year are:

Down on the Farm!
First Term/Week 1
Are you ready to spend the week learning all about farm life around Ohio? Join us for a week of visiting dairy farms, historical farms, and a local working farm. You will learn how the milk leaves a cow and finds its way to your refrigerator, how farmers lived over 200 years ago, and what life is like on a modern farm. Get ready for an exciting week!

Jungle Adventure
First Term/Week 2
Get your hiking boots out and don’t forget your bugspray. This week we are off to the Columbus Zoo, hiking at Cynthia Woods, and outdoor games at Camp Lazarus. The Columbus Zoo will allow us to visit all of the wild animals from around the world. Hiking at Cynthia Woods and the outdoor games at Camp Lazarus will give us an opportunity to enjoy playing outside. This week will definitely be an adventure!

On the Town
First Term/Week 3
This week we will travel around central Ohio and discover all of the fun and exciting things you can do. Our destinations will include a stop at the Columbus Metropolitan Library for a storyteller, ice-skating and broomball at Nationwide Arena, and a refreshing stop at the Hilliard outdoor water park. Make sure you have your bathing suit and winter jacket packed and ready to go!

Theater Creation
Second Term/Week 1
Bring your imagination and creative spirit to camp this week as we get ready to stage our own play! As the week progresses, we will create a story line, design our backdrops, make costumes, and have a great time doing it. The end result of this week will be an afternoon full of theater productions that your family will be invited to watch.

Picasso at Play
Second Term/Week 2
This week we will explore the artist inside all of us. Our trips will include a visit to the Columbus Museum of Art, where we will be able to admire artwork from around the world. We’ll visit a local art studio, and create artwork of our own at CSG.

Sports Galore!
Second Term/Week 3
Get ready for a week full of fun and exciting games. We will finish the summer program with a trip to a local miniature golf course, an afternoon of outdoor games, and a visit from Super Games on Friday. This will be a great week to get all of your new friends’ phone numbers and email addresses so you can keep in touch during the school year.
